Custom Build
During this meeting, you will share your ideas and vision with our build team here in our office in Southlake, TX. We will cover all aspects of your build, including lot acquisition, neighborhoods, finance options, square footage, style of home, amenities desired, and any other details you feel important to you to share.
What To Expect

- Discuss budget, finance options and time frame.
- Walk through what the process will look like.
- Outline a clear plan of action, tailor fit to each client depending which phase you're currently in.
Remodel Consultation
In this stage, you will get to meet with one of our builders and discuss the details of your project in depth and narrow down different options for your remodel as well as explore pricing. In some cases, for an added consult fee, our clients also like to incorporate one of our designers into the meeting to go ahead and explore materials and extra designs to further define the vision and price point.
What To Expect
- Introduction to our company how we operate.
- 1 hour (can be extended if needed for an additional fee) with one of our General Contractors (and designer if requested) ready to answer questions and help you put your vision into a plan of action.
- Explore ideas, layout options, cost analysis, material selections, finishes and colors.
- Full write up and cost breakdown (exact pricing can be achieved same day for smaller projects, larger or more complex projects may require further consultations and research by contractor to give exact pricing, you will receive a verbal or written ballpark figure on the same day at minimum).
- Timeframe analysis and walkthrough of process (Our GC will help paint a picture for you on payment scheduling, storage of personal items if needed, breakdown of each phase of the project and what you can expect to see take place, and a clear picture of our operating terms and conditions that protect our clients and our contractors).
